The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the beach and easy to get to other areas. You can choose between eastern or western coast of Sitonia's. Rooms are modern, spacious, and adequately furnished with large balconies. The staff is polite and friendly, and the meals are tasty. parking space is available, and the sea is shallow and sandy, great for kids.

Some guests noted that the nightly entertainment was too loud and long, disturbing those who wanted to sleep.

I liked the hotel's rooms and the food. Even the Thessaloniki airport was not so far...

This place is located in a lovely area, on the hill, surrounded by pine trees. The beach is within walking distance, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The staff here is amazing, always friendly and with a smile on their face. The food is excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. The swimming pool is great, big and clean. There are also special events organized in the evenings, such as quizzes and Greek music, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The family rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. We were very pleased with the wait staff during the meals, they were very quick to keep the tables clean and ready for the next guests. Our family enjoyed the pool, the playground, ping pong, billards, etc in the evenings. The hotel was close to the beach and was nicely landscaped. It had plenty of shade at different times of the day. The town of Psakoudia was nice for an evening stroll. There was a well stocked supermarket nearby..

It is a cosy hotel, with a lot of green places, over all it's is a nice place to spend your holiday.

Poor breakfast. If you want to eat eggs, you need to pay in place. You get egg, and give coins in the middle of breakfast.

We spent our Christmas holidays near a beautiful pine forest, just a short walk from the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the newly renovated rooms were modern and clean. We enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and the high-quality amenities in our room.

Although we appreciated the peacefulness of the area, there wasn't much to do in the town itself, especially during the winter season. Also, we were disappointed by the limited options for food and drink, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities of this place. This hotel had excellent parking options and we were able to easily get transportation to explore nearby areas. Furthermore, the location on good local beaches which we checked for our-self made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the main restaurant at the dinner was top-notch.

The rooms at Philoxenia Hotel in Psakoudia are simply amazing. They are beautifully decorated and have a warm, cozy feeling. The flat-screen satellite TV is perfect for catching up on my favorite shows, and the air conditioning keeps the room cool during the summer nights. I loved having a refrigerator in the room to keep my drinks cold, and the shower cabin in the bathroom was a nice touch. The furnished balcony provided a lovely view of the forest, and it was the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.

I personally didn't enjoy the coffee/tea maker in the room. Others might find it convenient, but I prefer to enjoy my morning coffee in the hotel's restaurant.

The noise level from the surrounding area was high and made it difficult to sleep at night. the hotel did not meet my expectations and I wouldn't recommend it for future business trips.
